At Drillit we are fully committed to adhering to the consumer rights act of 2015. Our customers can be fully confident that they may be entitled to a potential refund or replacement on their purchases, as long as the order meets the correct qualifying criteria to do so. There are a number of factors, which one or more of must be fulfilled before a refund will be considered. To initiate the refund process you must contact us through our contact form provided on Drillit.shop, providing full details of your order and reasons as to why a return could be necessary. You may be further contacted and be asked to provide any proof of claims such as photos, videos, proof of purchase and any other information that Drillit LTD may require. The data provided will be protected in line with the General Data Protection Regulation of 2016, highlighted in our privacy policy.

Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the item's arrival with you, and must be returned in the original packaging and be completely unused. Upon contacting Drillit.Shop we will work with you to determine what is the next best course of action. We may offer you an exchange for store credit, which will be decided at Drillit.shops’s discretion.  

Drillit may ask for proof of purchase to prove the request has been completed by the original buyer. We will not accept any form of return or replacement request from anyone who has purchased a Drillit.shop product from anyone other than Drillit.shop originally themselves.

To qualify for a refund your order must be faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to. Due to the heavy industry nature and perishability of the equipment we supply means we cannot accept claims that an item is faulty if it has been used in any way due to a number of reasons, including the risk of improper usage, lack of knowledge of how the equipment is supposed to be implemented or fitted to any other form of machinery, improper storage and or care, any repairs or modifications that have been completed or attempted.

Drillit.Shop will also not accept any refunds under any of these circumstances; you were aware the item may have been faulty when they bought it (i.e bought through the auction area of the store), damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it, no longer want the item (because it is the wrong size or colour), purchasing the wrong item because of a mistake or any other reason.

As stated in our terms and conditions, by purchasing any item from Drillit.shop you are a customer of Drillit LTD and are therefore agreeing to the refund policy statement as provided above.
