1.3 Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance or unforeseen logistical delays.

Order Processing Time:

2.1 Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment confirmation or confirmation of agreed upon lines of credit. 

2.2 In cases where there may be a delay in order processing, such as during high-demand periods or due to product availability, customers will be promptly notified via the provided contact information.

Shipping Costs:

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on various factors, including the destination, package weight, dimensions and selected shipping method. 

3.2 Customers will be responsible for any applicable shipping fees, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process prior to finalising the order. 

3.3 Any additional customs duties taxes or fees imposed by the destination country will be the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer should due their due diligence in familiarising themselves with their local laws and customs prior to purchase.

Shipment Tracking:

Shipping Restrictions:

6.1 We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom, Africa and the Middle East Regions.

Address Accuracy:

7.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during the checkout process. We will not be liable for any delays, mis delivery, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7.2 Once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered to the specified address, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe receipt of the package. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

8.1 In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers are requested to contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of damaged goods. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and assist in resolving the matter to the best of our ability.

Order Modification or Cancellation:

9.2 Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our return policy for options to return or exchange the items.
